For anyone who has ever said “can you record your screen?”

Send a link.
Get their screen.

They do not need an account, an install, or ten minutes on a call with you first. They open a tab and press one button.

Everything that happens after you press send

You write one sentence. ScreenFlowr handles the link, the page they land on, the recording, and getting it back to you.

Three ways a recording reaches you

One of them is why people sign up. The other two come free with it.

They record, once

Ask one person

Send a link to a client or a customer. The moment they submit, that link closes, so nobody can reuse it and you never get a second take by accident.

You record

Record it yourself

Walk through a bug, a design, a handover. It saves to your account with a link you can share.

Collect from everyone

One permanent page carrying your logo. Put it in a signature or a help doc and let recordings arrive on their own.

How asking for one works

  1. 01

    Write what you need

A title and a sentence. Turn the camera on if you want their face, off if you do not.

  2. 02

    Send the link

Copy it, or let ScreenFlowr email it. There is nothing for them to sign up for.

  3. 03

    The recording arrives

It lands in your account when they stop. You get an email, they get a thank-you page.

Two things to know before you send one

They need a computer
No browser on any phone can record its own screen. If someone opens your link on one, the page says so plainly and offers to email it to them for when they are at a desk.
The camera stays off unless you ask
Screen and microphone by default. Turn the camera on for a particular link and the person recording sees that before they start.
