Questions people ask
- Does the person recording need an account?
- No, and they never will. They open the link, press one button and pick what to share. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
- What happens when I hit five recordings?
- New ones stop arriving and your links tell people so, rather than letting them record something that cannot be delivered. Delete one, or move up.
- Can I record my own screen too?
- Yes, from your dashboard, on either plan. Your own recordings live in the same library and count the same way against your plan.
- Can they record on a phone?
- No browser on any phone or tablet can record its own screen. The recording page says so up front and offers to send the link on to a computer.
